What You’ll Do:

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving wTVision’s growth, building long-term partnerships, and expanding our global market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial strategy and business plan defined by the PT Sales Director, identifying growth opportunities in new and existing markets while ensuring strong client retention;
• Prospect new clients, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize revenue and profitability;
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage upselling and cross-selling;
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that align wTVision’s services and products with client needs;
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to clarify and resolve project-related inquiries, ensuring smooth execution;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge;
• Represent wTVision at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the broadcast/media industry;
• Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships;
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders;
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to client management;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, using data to optimize performance and drive business growth;
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
