What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Deployment Technician in the Deployment department, you will play a crucial role in the setup and maintenance of various wTVision solutions, including On-Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, and Playout systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless technical performance during live broadcasts and implementing automated systems to enhance operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure multiple wTVision solutions (On-Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, Playout) for live productions;
  • Develop and maintain automated implementation systems to streamline operations and ensure project objectives are met;
  • Provide technical guidance to internal and external IT clients, ensuring that project priorities align with operational goals;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, network, and audiovisual issues to minimise disruptions during live broadcasts;
  • Quickly adapt to evolving technologies and dynamic production environments, ensuring smooth and reliable broadcast operations.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Video/Audio Engineering/technical certification in related fields or equivalent experience;
  • Strong knowledge of network systems;
  • Knowledge of video and audio systems;
  • Basic understanding of programming and electronics;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information;
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and an autonomous approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production setting;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of spoken and written English (C1 or higher);
  • Valid B1 driving license;
  • Full availability for frequent national and international travel.
