What You’ll Do

• Design and animate high-impact graphics for live broadcasts across sports, news and entertainment.
• Develop visual concepts and motion systems that elevate on-air storytelling.
• Work closely with Designers, Developers and Project teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Participate in the full creative cycle, from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency and visual excellence.
• Stay current with trends, tools and techniques in motion, design and broadcast workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic concepts, styleframes and animations tailored for broadcast environments.
• Translate creative direction into functional, real-time ready assets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design with project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Research and propose new visual approaches, technologies and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional course in Design, Animation or similar fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in motion design (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop and related tools.
• Solid understanding of animation fundamentals, timing and visual rhythm.
• Strong design sensibility and visual culture.
• Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of 3D animation and Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Experience in video editing or broadcast-related projects is valued.
