R&D Project Consultant

What You’ll Do

As an R&D Project Consultant, you’ll act as the link between technology and strategy at wTVision. You’ll support innovation initiatives from early concept to execution, ensuring structure, clarity, and strategic alignment across all deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting, structuring, and documenting internal innovation and technology projects

• Leading project follow-up, defining and tracking OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones

• Producing clear, structured technical documentation, proposals, and deliverables

• Identifying relevant funding and fiscal incentive opportunities such as SIFIDE, PRR, and PT2030, and supporting application preparation

• Monitoring project progress, compiling reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners

• Ensuring all outputs meet quality standards, are technically accurate, and aligned with strategic goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field

• Proven experience supporting or managing innovation, tech-driven, or R&D projects

• Experience in the broadcast, media, or software industry is a strong plus

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured, understandable deliverables

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities

• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Proactive, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
